Takeout Noodle Stirfry

I love noodles, but what I love more are the different variations of noodles. Noodles can be tweaked in so many different ways and have so many different flavours here is just a simple savoury noodle recipe that comes together in 15 minutes and is absolutely delicious. The soy sauce plus Oyster sauce Combination is a game changer in stirfries for me They are nonnegotiable.



Prep time 3 minutes

Total Cook time 15 minutes



Ingredients

2 ramen packets

2 eggs

1/2 an onion

1/2 a bell pepper.

Soy sauce.

Oyster sauce

Sesame oil

MSG

3 tablespoons of oil




Instructions

  1. Boil your noodles according to package instructions but for a minute less.

  2. Add half the seasoning to the boiling noodles

  3. Slice, half an onion and bell peppers

  4. In a hot wok or frying pan scramble 2 eggs

  5. Remove eggs and set aside to prevent it from overcooking and losing its fluffiness

  6. Sauté for two minutes onions, and then 30 seconds bell peppers

  7. Add in add in strained noodles with more oil

  8. In a glass, combine half a cup of soy sauce and half a cup of oyster sauce, with with 1 tablespoon of MSG and mix together

  9. Pour in the sauce and keep stir frying on high heat for another 2 to 3 minutes, adjust seasonings to taste

  10. Add back in eggs and finish with a tablespoon sesame oil
