You need to make your strawberry syrup and boil your tapioca pearls

  1. In a saucepan add 1 cup of strawberries, 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water on medium high heat to simmer down for 10 minutes

  2. Keep stirring continuously until it turns into a sweet strawberry jam like syrup.

  3. Next add half a cup of tapioca pearls into boiling water for 9 minutes, or according to package instructions

  4. After pearls are cooked through, drain under cold water for 30 seconds to stop the cooking process

  5. Add strained, tapioca pearls into a glass, top with some strawberry syrup, some fresh ice and 3 cups of whole milk

  6. You can top with more strawberry syrup stir together and enjoy
