This is personally my favourite item from the McDonald’s breakfast menu, if I do say so myself, obviously with a hash brown because why not. But I can’t go to McDonald’s every time I want, so I decided to learn how to make this and I’m gonna teach you. It’s so good, especially now that you can control the taste of your beef patty. People say home-made is best because you know what goes in and I agree with it because you control it .
Ingredients
Sausage patty
English Muffins
Cheese
Butter
Eggs
Oil
Salt

Home-made is best, but feel free to skip out and buy a patty for convenience. But if you decide to make it yourself, here are the list of ingredients of below

Ingredients for sausage patty / meatballs
Ground beef
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Breadcrumbs.
Black pepper
Parmesan cheese
Black pepper
Complete seasoning
Eggs
Parsley
Salt

Tips
Do you not overcook your patty. It will be dry and no one likes dry meat. You can either buy your sausage or make it from scratch, no judgement here. Pour out grease in between frying As the beef releases a lot of fat when cooking.

Instructions
Make your sausage patty with some ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, eggs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs, and some salt
Prep and Roll your beef mixture into Patty shapes.
Set a frying pan on high heat and fry patties with a drop of oil for about 7 to 8 minutes flipping and pressing down or until it is fully cooked through.
Remove patty and set aside.
Fry eggs to your preference, I really think a jamy egg works well over here.
Add back the patty and top with your cheese of choice.
add a bit of water to the sides of the pan and allow cheese to melt
Toast your muffin with as much butter as your heart desires
Assemble your McMuffin
I prefer to eat my McMuffins with some warmed to bake beans
There you have your McDonald’s McMuffins at home
