If I’m gonna have pasta it has to be good and I promise you this recipe is my second favourite way of eating my pasta. A seasoned and creamy Alfredo will always be the one for me. But this marry me chicken pasta will hit the right spot for you and will become your go to if you make it with love. Remember to cook from the heart while keeping the tongue in mind.
Ingredients
Pasta
Tomato paste
Single cream
Chopped Onions.
Minced Garlic
Chicken seasoning
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Seasoning chicken
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Chili powder
All purpose
Black pepper

Lightly Season your pasta to give it a nice base flavour
Adjust seasonings to taste
Prep your onions and garlic before cooking
You will have to cook these things simultaneously to save time
Instructions
Begin with pasta
Bring some water to boil in a pot
Add in your pasta of choice with a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of chicken seasoning in 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Cook pasta according to package instructions
After pasta has finished cooking strain and reserve a cup of the pasta water for future use
Time to season your chicken
Wash and clean your boneless chicken thighs by flattening for an even surface area
Add to chicken 1 tablespoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of Chili powder, 1 tablespoon of chicken, season, 1 tablespoon of oil and mix together
Set aside to marinate for 10 minutes
In a skillet on high heat, add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Once oil is hot and ready to fry gently lower in the chicken thighs, one by one to prevent overcrowding
Cook for five minutes on each side and then flip over
Add one cup of water and cover with a lid to bring the chicken to steam on your highest heat setting for 3 minutes
Uncover the frying pan and let the chicken finish cooking and a water evaporate for another 5 minutes
Now onto the pasta sauce
In a frying pan, add in chopped onions and minced garlic, with a tablespoon of olive oil
Allow the onions and garlic to caramelise for 2 to 3 minutes
Add in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
Stir together and let that toast for a minute and a half
Add as much single cream as your heart desires to this mixture, and stir continuously on medium-high heat
After storing the cream with the base of the sauce for three minutes, it’s time to season to taste
3 tablespoons of chicken stock, a pinch of salt, some chilli powder
Let it simmer for a minute and then turn off the heat
Remember to adjust seasonings to personal taste preference
Assembly time
Slice the chicken into strips
Assemble your bowl with some pasta, sliced chicken and creamy sauce
Garnish with parsley fresh preferably
