Ingredients
Cubed chicken breast
Black Pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Chilli powder
Oyster sauce
Soy Sauce
Olive oil
Parsley
Spring Onions
Red peppers
Rice Vermicelli
Frozen vegetables
Instructions
1. Prep your chicken breast by cutting them into squares.
2. Get a pot boiling for your noodles.
3. Season your chicken breast, with 1 tablespoon of each of the ingredients above excluding oil.
4. Boil rice vermicelli noodles for about seven minutes while you cook your chicken
5. Get a wok on high heat and cook your chicken breast for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side and then mix altogether
6. Set your chicken breast aside to prevent over cooking and go in with your frozen vegetables , sautéing on high heat for about two minutes.
7. Add back in the chicken
8. Adjust seasoning to taste, add garlic powder and oyster sauce, if needed add all purpose, seasoning, and soy sauce
9. Add cooked noodles and stirfry on high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes.
10. Finish with bell peppers and spring, onions, and sesame oil for another one minute.
11. Turn off heat and plate.
