Ingredients 3 Boneless chicken thighs Chopped a tin 1 Onion 1red and 1 Green Bell pepper 6 Tortilla wraps 1 packet Mozzarella cheese Smoked paprika. Onion powder Garlic powder Parsley. Complete seasoning. Black pepper Salt, to taste Olive oil Who doesn’t love tacos especially cheesy chicken filled tacos. You can’t go wrong with it. The sauce is super rich. If you’re looking for a quick weeknight dinner, I suggest you try this recipe.


  1. Start by season your chicken, with 1 tablespoon of each of the ingredients listed above and said that aside to marinate for minimum of 20 minutes or three hours

  2. Get your skillet or frying pan on high heat and cereal chicken thighs, four minutes on each side and turn over and repeat the process until chicken is cooked through.

  3. Take out chicken and chop or shred. I personally prefer my chicken chopped because of the texture.

  4. Fry onions and bell peppers for about 2 to 3 minutes and then season with the same seasonings as earlier

  5. Add in a can of chopped tomatoes with all the juice and let that summer for an additional 3 to 4 minutes

  6. Season with some salt, chilli powder and seasoning of choice at this point

  7. Take your mini tortilla wraps and dunk in sauce to thoroughly coat both sides

  8. In a frying pan put the dipped tortillas on one side add a bit of the sauce from earlier later with cheese and fold and toast. Refer to video for guidance.

  9. Repeat disturb until you have your desired amount of tacos garnish with some parsley or coriander
