Brownies, BROWNIES BROWNIESS
I am craving a brownie as I speak, I don’t think I’ve met anyone who doesn’t like brownies because they are moist, Fudgy chocolatey chocolatey and chocolatey. This recipe is inspired by Broma bakery’s Best brownie recipe. I can say these will come out great as long as you don’t overbake and cut corners.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Melted butter.
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 large Eggs
1/2 cup Cocoa powder.
1/4 cup + a bit more Plain Flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
I tsp salt
Notes
Allow mixture to cool down before adding eggs or a stir very well once eggs are added. Preheat oven before baking to 180°C. Line and grease baking tray before baking. Taste test before you bake.
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Add 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar into a mixing bowl with 1/2 cup of unsalted butter and microwave for 30 seconds twice allowing to rest 10 seconds in between each set.
Mix together thoroughly after microwaving and add a 1/4 cup of vegetable oil and 2 eggs at room temperature.
Add add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon of salt mix together.
Sift in, just about 1/2 a cup of (cocoa powder+ more )sift in half a cup of about cocoa powder and mix together
Sift in less than half a cup of of plain flour and mix together ( a little more than half of half a cup )
grease and line a baking dish with baking paper.
Pour in the batter and bake undisturbed for about 35 minutes at 180°C and then check on it.
Give it about 5 to 10 more minutes to finish cooking baking.
Remove from oven and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes.
Slice into cute squares and enjoy.
If you want to be cheeky, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
